BIG color picture of each home, plus room for you to take notes. | |

Each home is assigned
a reference number and mapped on Thomas Guide pages. |

We give you two options in regards to your initial home package: | |
|
Drive by the home on your own first, reviewing each home/neighborhood, taking notes, then deciding which homes you want to look at. (Most buyers prefer this method.) | |

Have us
go with you when you drive by all the homes. |
|
|
Your specific
search criteria are entered into the multiple listing database
and run daily (more or less often are options) and new homes
are
faxed and/or e-mailed to you. |
