Buy Well - Marketing/Part Two

About half of the buyers we represent find a home during Marketing/Part One,
the other half utilize our "expand your horizon" approaches to finding their home.


After going through all of the homes presented in the initial package, plus new listings from the NWMLS, the right home is not there for one of two reasons:
The search criteria are still dead-on accurate, the right home is not listed.
You found that the initial package is not what you were looking for, and changed your search parameters. We create additional packages to match changes you make.
Communication and feedback in regards to the homes you see is all important. We modify your search criteria and enter as many different searches as you need. This assures all the bases are covered and you are aware of EVERY home.
Agent networking: Our team has created extensive networking connections with other agents and we ask them about upcoming listings that meet your needs.
We utilize three different programs (each very powerful) to bring you in contact with homes targeted to meet your needs. The homes identified from these 3 programs are not listed and we are ONLY the Buyer's Agent--representing you.
